Thomas J Bauer – Tom brings entrepreneurial instinct, immeasurable drive and considerable business experience to his role as founder and CEO of FIG Global. Tom balances and directs FIG’s operating groups - which include its hotel, investment and non-profit divisions - in all phases of acquisition, development and management.
Much of Tom’s early career was spent in the Medical Device/Healthcare Services arena, where he began his career in medical sales, and quickly became entranced with marketing. He worked for organizations such as American Hospital Supply and Pfizer in product management and marketing services. Tom has also worked in advertising as director of client services for a regional advertising firm. From there, he went on to found two successful medical companies, taking one of them public.
This professional and educational experience, combined with a razor-sharp vision, provided the catalyst for his creation of FIG, parlaying his skills and growing assets into an unparalleled and diverse portfolio. A strong believer in the need for corporations to be outstanding citizens of the world, Tom has created the ability for FIG to move deftly between the world of for-profit and non-profit, with an emphasis on making the world a better place. “The ultimate goal of business is not,” as Tom always, says, “To make money for the shareholders, but rather to improve the lives of the people it touches.”
His singular vision and drive have attracted an experienced team of executives and strategic partnerships to FIG, positioning the organization for strong and sustained growth. His unmatched creativity allows for new ways of solving old problems, and mandating an “out-of- the-box” approach that is both refreshing and productive. Always relishing the challenge of “creating something from nothing”, he has a consummate desire to raise the bar in luxury hospitality, real estate, investment, development and philanthropy.
Tom attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychobiology and his Masters in Higher Education Administration. In addition, a significant portion of course work was in the doctoral-level program in the School of Psychology. At the time of his attendance, he was the youngest student ever to take doctoral- level courses at the School of Psychology.

Glenn Sigmund - As President and Chief Operating Officer of FIG Global Trust and Real Estate Group, Glenn R Sigmund has 30 years of real estate and organization development experience focused on creating growth and profitability within a variety of professional fields, with an emphasis on real estate and real estate-related companies. Known for taking companies that have not yet reached their potential and creating a new path for success, Glenn brings an unquestionable passion for organization development focused on all aspects leading to profitability and sustainability in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. He has received national recognition for his successes including the co-development of an internationally recognized program that address the relationship of productivity, profitability and people
As co-founder of FIG Global, Glenn clearly understands the needs and infrastructures of
developing organizations and how to move an organization forward. With extensive experience in real estate sales, marketing, management, and international consulting, Glenn has a proven track record of success on all levels of sales and development. From the local level to national and international platforms, he has guided a number of real estate organizations, and related industries, to success.
Guiding Foundations Investment Group as President, Glenn has incorporated his consulting background with the development of the Trust Advisory program to maximize the rich depth of talent within the organization. Utilized his extensive experience in education includes early childhood, special education, at-risk youth and adult educational programs and the servicing of ages spanning 3-73 years old, he has developed a keen awareness of the services lacking in the system to move educational programs and methodologies forward.
Glenn’s work with non-profit and volunteer programs has provided an array of experiences including the writing of the 501c3 application for a local chapter of 'Volunteers In Medicine’ and serving on the founding Palm Springs Board of Directors; serving on the Auxiliary Board of Directors at Desert Regional Medical Center as well as Chairman of the Advisory Board, which annually distributed grants to several worthy local charities and non-profits. Thus, providing him with depth and experience in his role to lead Foundations Investment Group, and its trust and foundation focus.
He is a certified hospice volunteer and continues volunteering with a variety of health and human services organizations. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts from Grinnell College, a Masters of Arts in Education from National-Louis University, and a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.
Glenn has resided in Palm Springs, CA since 1994.
Lynne Meyerson has 30 years of professional real estate sales, operations and management experience. As Vice President of Affiliate Programs for FIG Global, she heads up the International Fractional distribution channel. She is responsible for selecting top-quality, high-producing real estate companies and sales professionals who are trained in this division to sell international shared ownership properties.
Lynne started with FIG Global in early 2008 when she was introduced to Tom Bauer and Glenn Sigmund who had a vision of building a one-of-a-kind fractional distribution channel. Lynne’s focus is bringing this visionary program to life by utilizing her extensive experience in real estate sales to develop the affiliate sales channel and introduce it to top brokerages across the country.
She started in the real estate business working with her father, where she developed her passion for helping people build their wealth through real estate investments. She is skilled at providing strong direction, expert advice in organizational efficiency and empowering others to succeed.
Lynne spent most of her career with Prudential Real Estate. She was instrumental in creating and delivering programs, services and initiatives to assist her customers with increasing profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction. Her successes within this international company led her to a senior leadership position where she continued to develop and implement initiatives in the areas of strategic planning, growth, improved profitability, recruiting and retention.
Lynne brings valuable insights and achievements and has a never-ending passion for success. Her proven experience has enabled thousands of sales professionals to achieve a higher level of professional growth and development. She earned numerous awards for outstanding achievement in service delivery and production.
Lynne grew up in New Haven, CT and attended Nursing School at Bridgeport University before moving to Boston where she attended Northeastern University with a major in Business Administration. When not focused on real estate investments, Lynne enjoys riding her Harley Davidson and participates in various motorcycle fundraisers to help children and others who are less fortunate. She currently resides in Connecticut.
